The Brief
What Contato Needed.
An AI networking product needed to ship on iOS, Android and the web: digital business cards over QR, with smart follow-ups so new contacts don't go cold.
The core loop is simple — meet someone, swap details, follow up — so the product had to make each step faster than the paper card and the forgotten note it replaces.
We built one product across iOS, Android and the web, used AI to suggest timely follow-ups and reminders, and instrumented the app from the first release so every version could be measured.
