Who We Are
Verticals 8 builds websites, apps, AI systems, ERP and digital marketing for businesses. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean Verticals 8. For anything about your data, write to hello@verticals8.com.
What We Collect
We only collect what you choose to send us through the enquiry and book-a-call forms:
- your name and email address;
- optionally, your company, phone number and rough budget;
- the topics you select and the message you write.
Like any website, our hosting provider processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse. We don't use analytics or advertising trackers, and the site doesn't set cookies.
How We Use It
- to reply to your enquiry and arrange any call you asked for;
- to prepare a proposal or estimate if you request one;
- to keep a record of our conversation so we don't ask you the same questions twice.
What We Don't Do
We don't sell your information, rent it, or add you to a mailing list you didn't ask to join. We don't use what you send us to train AI models.
Who Else Handles It
Enquiries are delivered to our team through the email and workflow tools we use to run the business, and the site is hosted on Cloudflare. These providers process data on our behalf and only to provide their service.
How Long We Keep It
We keep enquiry details for as long as we're in conversation or working together, and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records. If you'd like it removed sooner, ask and we'll delete it.
Your Choices
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, by writing to hello@verticals8.com. We handle personal data in line with applicable Indian data protection law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
Changes
If we change how we handle data — for example by adding analytics — we'll update this page and the date above. See also our Terms Of Use.
